"I came to State Farm from AAA. STATE farm has saved me lots of money. I have excellent coverage and the reps are most exceptional. The reps are always pleasant, helpful, knowledged and available!!! I love State Farm. I needed a tow and surprisingly my tow showed up in less than an hour. AAA has left me waiting for tows more than 6 hours on several occasions. "I requested that Zach switch my policy to a different agent 60+ days ago. Since then I have NOT been switched to the new agent & I have had my bill DOUBLED. It feels like he did this on purpose because he wanted to make as much as he could off of me before I left. Everytime I have asked to speak to him his assistant redirects me. Whenever I finally got to confront him about this he chalked it up to a miscommunication. You can’t miscommunication CLEAR REQUESTS via email. Poor work ethic and LAZYness is the culprit here. If you’re going to blame your assistants then you need to train them better and over see them longer before letting them handle your business. If you choose not to do that then it’s called being LAZY."
